12 Ways to Get Rid of Bad Breath Naturally

Halitosis is more commonly known as bad breath or the unpleasant mouth odor that comes from the whole mouth. It is very common and appears more frequently in the morning, since at night the mouth has been at rest and less saliva is produced. But it can also happen at any time of the day.

1. Hydration

Dry mouth is a paradise for the bacteria that cause halitosis. Bad morning breath upon awakening is due to lack of hydration. You have to drink plenty of water.

One of the most common causes is insufficient hygiene: you have to do a good tooth and tongue brushing, and use dental floss or interdental brush after each meal, affecting the interdental spaces.

3. Rinses and gargles
