  1. Stage 4 Endometriosis has kicked my butt in terms of weight gain. I gained a ton of weight (not literally 😋) over 3 years and it is sooooo slow to come off.
    I am doing everything I can to down regulate my nervous system, eating 1500-1700 cals a day, working out plus long walks every single day and I lost 200g last week 😭
    I am just accepting my body has changed and loving it for what it can do not what it looks like to an outsider because really…who fucking cares!

  2. Hi. I been doing body revolution this is my 5 week also I walk. Make sure get more than 10000 steps per day. Eat clean. I have 3 kids. 8, 6,and 2 I just turn 40. I been loosing weight. But its been 7 weeks since I lost a couple. Pounds. I need to lost 10 more. Any recomendation. Thank you

  3. Jillian I pray I get a reply from you because I don’t know what to do. I had weight loss surgery 14 years ago and it was great for a while but it failed. I have gained 100% back and and at 53 in menopause with fibromyalgia, exercise is so painful. I am committed to losing the weight because my kids lost their dad to cancer and I promised them I’d get healthy. Please help! I don’t know what to do!

  4. Yes! I’m 50 and I know my time is short! I workout hard… I’m training my body to be able to handle lifting and high intense type cardio. I too eat about 2000-2400 calories a day and still lose weight or maintain! I’m enjoying the food I won’t be able to post menopause. I will likely go pescatarian and cut back carbs like crazy at that time :(( sux bit I’ve done my research bc I’m near. I’m building muscle and can see my abs muscles abs love it! 🙌🏼 thanks for ur advice despite it hard to hear, it needs to be told to us as it’s a fact . STAY FIT!! Y’all don’t forget that after age 50 we slowly lose muscle and that adds to weight gain!!

I had brain surgery three months ago and have brain damage that in time can be reversed, going to PT to get my balance back, had a total hysterectomy a year prior to the surgery, all I eat our vegetables whole food plant-based and I’ve been able to keep my weight downBut would like to lose at least 8 pounds to get me where I should be. I just don’t know what I can do because I am limited physically to exercising
