  1. Don’t have weight loss goals, have HEALTH goals. If you are overweight, you are on a journey that leads to illness. Don’t exercise to lose weight, exercise BECAUSE you should exercise to be healthy. If you look after your body, your weight will look after itself.

  2. I have been walking 30 minutes per day for 6 weeks. I have been getting 10k steps in for 2 weeks. I have lost 1 lbs. I am now intermittent fasting while 80/20 clean eating for 1 week. Maybe this will help me loose weight. I’m doing all this til feb. After that I’m having lipo. You should discuss belly fat in women who have kids and are closer or on their 40s.

I eat wholesome and clean food for years, I on intermittent fasting 16/8 for 3 months , I have difficulty lose weight, walking for 45 mins 5 days a week didnot help me lose a pound, when I start HIIT running for a minute then walk for another , i noticed some changes to my body specially my belly and around my chest ….. To me walking just to maintain your body and current weight, 8f you wanna shed some fat you got to increase the intensity and the duration of your workout

  4. I have been walking two miles every night for a really long time.. I haven’t lost any weight from it, I mainly do it because I like it and it feels good. I have found that food is the number one tool for weight loss. Great video 🙂
