Alex from  @HRH COLLECTION  has some passionate tips on “How to Be A Skinny Legend”.

We evaluate this advice against current research to see if science & Alex agree.

We’ll be discussing common weight loss methods and myths – including whether or not to eat after 8PM, the efficacy of calorie counting, eating when you’re hungry, and what to do if you overeat!

I’m referencing science but keep in mind this video is ultimately just my opinion/interpretation based on what I’ve read. (And what works for one person won’t work for everyone!)

Also PS – I didn’t mention this in the video but, although weight loss = calories in vs calories out – that doesn’t mean that you need to count calories to lose weight. It’s just referring to the actual math of body regulation – you don’t need to count calories to be in a deficit, it’s just one way of managing things. (if that makes sense).
