  1. Mam can a thyroid and gall stone suffering person follow it? Please also mention the amount of evry meal to be consumed like how many roti how much rice or upma

    I have a huge confusion regarding… Basil seed….
    During my daily routine and for weight loss I am doing my moderate exercise with healthy diet. But in morning and before bed I am consuming basil seed in water or with lauki beetroot amla juice.
    So is it safe to consume basil seed while I am trying to conceive??
