  1. I eat a very diverse vegan diet but Cronometer says that I only get about 30% of the recommended quantity of Choline each day. And i think that is the case for a lot of vegans. So that concerns me. I will be looking for the dried soy nuts as the doctor advises and see how much of a difference that makes.
