12 Week Vegan Body Transformation (Game Changers Diet) || Max’s Monthly Challenge

20

This month (actually last 12 weeks!) I’ve transitioned my diet to 100% vegan to see how I would feel and how it would affect my gym and overall health. Overall I’m excited to say the results have been fantastic and I’m definitely going to be continuing to be vegan.

If you are interested in trying veganism for health, ethical & environmental reasons I highly encourage it!

  1. think that’s just diet. any strict diet may help and nothing to do with vegan. Your total energy incoming was reduced and harder gym work comsumed even more energy.

based on facts ,iIf your challenge maintained same sport amount and the same energy cosuming, that key word “vegan” could be convincing. There is a huge vegan cult in the world. People could choose their life style and the reason of their chose could be emotional. I didn’t judge.

  2. I gave a thumbs up because I really appreciate that you did this challenge! But I have to agree with the other plant based commenters that the diet seemed to be missing a lot of great vegan non-processed protein sources. Good luck in LA btw!

  3. I’m glad that you shared meal that I would actually like and that doesn’t arm nature! Lots of vegan diet shows avocado, or soja based food to replace meat.. But I live in France so really not a good place to cultivate those! If I’m gonna quit meat it’s not to pollute more with my food travelling across the world

  4. You need to double your calories my friend! If you really want to pack on mass, double those calories and include some heavy powerlifting days in your week.
Even on a vegan diet (if done well) you will get BIG
