  1. though raw honey does have its health benefits raw honey cold will actuallhy cause you to gain weight unless its warm then it will help you lose weight

  2. I just started apple cider vinegar today February. 29 2020. I will weigh myself in three weeks and I would honestly let you know if I lost weight or not. I walk on the treadmill two times a week for 20 minutes just regular walking I do an incline of 10 that’s as high as my treadmill will go. I find I like drinking apple cider vinegar 2 tablespoons ,20 ounces of water ,a couple dashes of Cayenne pepper ,and about a teaspoon of organic raw honey.. I only drink that once a day I drink it in the morning to start off my day. Update in another three weeks.

  3. You’re completely misrepresenting the facts by claiming that ACV helps you lose weight WITHOUT changing your diet.

    The studies you even put on on the screen in the video specifically state the people in the study were “subjected to a restricted calorie diet”

    You’re playing with words by claiming you don’t have to change your diet, meanwhile you follow that up with “Just drink ACV diluted in water, it will make you change your diet and eat less”. Lol
    Extremely contradictory statements.

    You’re basically replacing snacking with drinking ACV. So yes, consuming less calories instead of eating / snacking, will cause you to lose weight. 😛 You can achieve that with lots of things, not just ACV.

  4. PEOPLE… PLEASE… To say you REDUCE WEIGHT LOSS means that you STOP LOSING AS MUCH WEIGHT! The correct term would be that you REDUCE WEIGHT, or INCREASE WEIGHT LOSS… NOT REDUCE WEIGHT LOSS!!!
