  1. Am I the only person who thinks kids being forced to lose weight isn’t a good solution? We should promote healthy lifestyles that MAY result in weight loss, not force people to be a certain weight. Forcing people to be a certain weight promotes anorexia and bulimia to a certain extent. We need to be careful to not make disordered eating even more rampant. Yes, obviously a person that’s 600 pounds is very likely to be unhealthy, but we should educate them on being healthy and making diet plans. We shouldn’t tell them they have to lose 400 pounds or more to be “normal”. People should just do what they can to take care of themselves, not scale themselves constantly to try being “beautiful”.

  2. Kids are awful to other kids, I had a rhyme made up about me too. “The wheels on the bus goes round and down, she’s sat on the bus and it goes down.” Which is what encouraged me to lose weight, so far I’ve lost 27kg in 5 months

  3. I’d love to go on one of those weight loss programs at a scenic, retreat-like facility with all other sorts of non-food pampering and activities.
