12 Week Weight Loss Journey | Tips and Tricks


Watch this if you can’t lose the weight. This is my weight gain / weight loss journey. How you can finally lose the weight.

Hi folks!

Years of failure was washed away and success was finally introduced when I followed these steps. That is the ONLY thing that changed this time versus the 5 years of insanity (going through the same motions and expecting different result.)

In order to achieve something you’ve never had, you must do something you have never done. Get outside of your comfort zone and RAISE YOUR STANDARDS of achievement. Develop your reason for WHY you want it, set small achievable goals to get there, have fun along the way, enjoy the process, seek progress not perfection, and the world is yours for the taking.

Who do you want to be?
Fit your mental image.


1) What is your Why?
– What’s Pulling You??? Find your strongest motivation to continue on!
2) Set Small Goals.
– Take it one step at a time, don’t try to go up the two story staircase in one jump.
3) Trust the Process
– You gotta believe and know if you stay consistent, you will find success.
4) Not a Diet but a Lifestyle Change.
– Massive habitual changes and adjustments provide lasting results.
5) No Black and White Thinking.
– This is NOT short term. Have room for fun. Don’t seek perfection. You must live your life and return your long term HABITS time after time.

Yes, I too am guilty of jumping from diet plan to others as well, I think that I need to have tried every fat reduction program that was available, however in the end not one of them helped me to lose and maintain the weight off. I ended up trying for the very last time with the Custokebon Secrets because my friend who told me awesome things about it and so far to date I’ve effectively lost 19 lbs in 4 weeks!

  2. This video is exactly what I needed to hear. I’ve been fasting and do truly want to lose weight I have my why. I am trusting the process and trying my best to be consistent. this video make me want to improve and gets me motivated.

  3. I’m a 25 year old depressed person. I’m 5”11 I started at around 203-205 pounds about a month ago. I barely eat any food… if I do I eat one thing a day. That can be as small as a banana… I force myself to do cardio, I run outside and do a mini home workout every day like plank, squats, push-up, bicep curls. I last ate something June 30th around 4-5pm. It’s currently July 2 11am. My weight after a month is 190-191 depending on water weight. My stomach is still the same… fat and ugly I get discouraged when I see it the exact same… I don’t even eat bad food when I eat I don’t even drink anything besides water and still no change… last couple days I been praying to god that he take me in my sleep. I hate when I wake up in the morning to another day.. besides my body I have many other problems in my life. I don’t know how many times I’ve attempted to get a flat stomach back but it always fails. It makes me feel like a failure like I can’t do anything. I start to believe the ppl that tell me I’m never going to be anything in life.. I believe them now because I’ve given up on myself. I don’t know what it feels like to smile anymore.. everything turns into a failure. You make it look so easy in this video…. your stomach is bigger than mine yet you got it flat in only 3 months..

  4. I wish I was old enough to buy my own food because I’m trying to lose weight but my mum buys barley any healthy food
