The mathematics of weight loss | Ruben Meerman | TEDxQUT (edited version)

This is the edited version of The Mathematics of Weight Loss presented by Ruben Meerman.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)

  1. I’d say the main reason people don’t know about any of this is because whenever you try to find any kind of scientific explanation on weight loss, it gets buried by the hundreds of thousands of “gurus” and “trainers”. I’ve tried looking many times and this was the first bit of information that I was able to find which doesn’t seem like nonsense. And it only took me 7 years after it was uploaded to find it…

  2. I have tried a lot of weight-loss plans already but not one of them offered me the results like I acquired because of this “Yamzoko Weebly” (Google it) process. Even I am not consuming much as I was previously, I still don’t really feel jittery or maybe sense a crash I have dropped around 15 pounds ever since using this item. .

  3. wow, he made it so easy to understand. I think it is the key to teaching anything. Everything we do is about recognizing patterns and if you want to teach you have to learn how to communicate patterns. This guy did a great job of recognizing and then communicating the patterns of weight loss.
