  2. Did someone lose weight doing this? I’m trying yoga ’cause I really hate working out, does it work?

  3. I’ve been doing Yoga with Adriene for just about two months now. Just completed day 10 of Home, and decided to re-attempt this workout after starting and giving up on it a month and a half ago. I definitely needed to take breaks at times and felt frustrated with myself, but I tried my best and made it to the end of the video. I recently made the decision to lose weight and Adriene has helped me learn to love my body as it is and to be patient with myself. It’s a marathon, not a race. Best of luck to all of you out there.

  4. @yogawithadriene Its been 7 years since you created this – would you consider making another yoga for weightloss and consider wearing an extra 50lbs fat suit in empathy with those of us who have A LOT of weight to loose. I feel like this is great for someone who has 5 lbs to lose but nearly impossible for someone with 60lbs and a diastasis recti issue
