  1. As a big intermittent fasting fan, I am astonished and disgusted at a 9M+ subscribers channel is spreading BS pseudoscience like “don’t skip breakfast”.

It is UTTER NONSENSE. Intermittent fasting is a time-restricted feeding protocol where you don’t eat for certain hours (which can go anywhere from 13 to 72 hours). And it has numerous benefits including reducing insulin resistance. There’s dramatic weight loss too, especially if you combine the protocol with a ketogenic or a low carb diet. Hundreds of thousands of success stories have come from intermittent fasting.

Don’t listen to these pseudo scientists guys. Theirs is harmful advice.

  2. the thing is that i’ve tried to exercise, eat healthy and switch diets but nothing has worked. i’ve tried to sleep a lot and tried to not stress too much but it hasn’t worked. TW the first time ever i have lost weight and that was by purging and restricting. that’s the only way that works for me who doesn’t have money for anything special.

  3. When i had seen this weight loss program “Yamzoko Weebly” utilizing Google, I felt excited to give it a try instantaneously. I was seriously enthusiastic. I suggest you to Google this strategy as well. My pal has losed 10 pounds already due to this fat loss program. .
